Engage

Overview

The Overview page in Engage provides a high-level snapshot of supplier engagement activity across your supply chain.

You will see a set of summary tiles. These provide an at-a-glance view of engagement performance for the selected reporting year.

Viewed

Shows the percentage of engagement requests that have been opened by suppliers.

This helps you understand whether requests are reaching the right contacts and being acknowledged.

Pending

Shows the percentage of requests that are still awaiting completion.

This includes suppliers who have:

  • Viewed the request but not submitted data
  • Not yet started the request

Requests that have passed their deadline without a submission move to Expired instead, and drop out of this tile.

Emissions provided

Shows the percentage of organisations that have submitted emissions data as part of an engagement request.

This is a key indicator of how much primary Scope 3 data has been collected.

Emissions tracked

Displays the total emissions (kg CO₂e) that have been captured through completed engagement requests.

As suppliers submit data, this figure will increase and feed into your wider Scope 3 reporting.

Pending requests

Below the summary tiles, the Pending Requests table lists all engagement requests that are still active or incomplete.

For each request, you can see:

  • Organisation – the supplier receiving the request
  • Primary contact – who the request was sent to
  • Sent date – when the request was issued
  • Deadline – the submission deadline
  • Status – current request state (Requested, Viewed, Pending, Completed, or Expired)

Selecting the view icon allows you to inspect the request in more detail.

This table helps you identify:

  • Suppliers approaching deadlines
  • Suppliers who have viewed but not acted
  • Where follow-up may be required

Completed requests

The Completed Requests section shows suppliers that have finished their engagement request.

Completed requests indicate that:

  • The supplier has submitted the required information
  • Emissions data has been captured
  • The request no longer requires action
