Overview

TrackZero offers a variety marketing and communications assets that will support sharing of your progress and commitment to sustainability.

As you achieve milestones on the platform, additional resources will become available to you. Keep track of your progress and unlock new tools to enhance your sustainability journey!

Badges

Unlock badges as you achieve milestones on your sustainability journey. These badges can be used to demonstrate your achievements and commitments to your customers, suppliers and network. Such as:

  • Carbon Tracked: You can unlock the 'Carbon Tracked' badge by completing measurement of your carbon footprint for the stated reporting year.
  • Net Zero Target: Unlock this badge when you set your Net Zero target and create a plan to achieve it.
  • Taking Climate Action: This badge will be unlocked when you have achieved your emissions reduction target for the stated year.
  • Carbon Neutral: This is a request-only badge, as we need to verify this! This is achieved when you are actively reducing your emissions, and then offsetting a small part to achieve carbon neutrality.

You can't request a badge directly — it becomes available once you've met the relevant milestone, and TrackZero will email you when a new one unlocks. On the Promote page, badges you've unlocked show a View button; badges you haven't yet unlocked show as Locked, sometimes with a tip explaining what's needed.

How to use the badges

Select View on an unlocked badge to open it. The first time, you'll be asked to accept TrackZero's badge usage terms, confirming you won't alter the badge or use it to imply verification, certification, accreditation, or endorsement by TrackZero.

Each badge comes with website code that can be used to add the badge to your website. They are also downloadable in 3 formats, if available for that badge:

  1. The Standard badge is 140px x 86px PNG file and ideal for digital use on web and mobile
  2. The Small badge is 100px x 60px PNG file and ideal for use in email signatures.
  3. The Print badge is a high resolution scalable PDF file and ideal for use in printed materials.

Alongside this, there is some option wording that can be used alongside your badge to describe and share your achievement. You can, of course, create your own if preferred.
