How do I seek advice from a sustainability expert?

TrackZero makes it easy to get expert advice on your sustainability data and reporting. You can directly connect with your partner or TrackZero's Sustainability Team for support.

Note: Access to sustainability consultants may depend on your subscription licence. If you do not see the option to contact an expert, please speak with your account manager to explore available options.

How to Ask an Expert

  1. During an Assessment or in the Ledger:
    • Click the Ask an Expert (or New Message) button located on the right-hand side of most assessment questions, or on an individual Ledger line item.
    • Select who you'd like to contact (your partner or TrackZero's Sustainability Team).
    • Enter your Subject and provide additional context in the Message box.
    • Click Send to submit your query.
  2. View and Manage Responses:
    • Responses from sustainability experts will appear under the same question in the assessment.
    • Alternatively, click the Speech Bubble icon at the top-right of the screen to view all open and resolved conversations.
  3. Interact with Experts:
    • Continue the conversation directly in the thread.
    • Experts will respond as soon as possible to provide guidance and recommendations.

Stay engaged with your sustainability consultant to ensure you're meeting your sustainability goals effectively.
