Why have I received an invite from TrackZero?

You may have received an invitation from a team member to join an existing account, or one of our partners to set up a new account.

Team invitation

A member of your organisation, or an external company that you provide a service to (for example, you may be a landlord, facility manager, or accountant), may invite you to use TrackZero to assist them with their measurement, planning and reporting.

What should you do next?

  1. Open the invitation email from TrackZero.
  2. Click the Setup my account button or the provided link. You'll see "You've been invited" instead of the standard sign-up screen.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your details and join your organisation's account — you won't be asked to choose a plan or pay, since your organisation is already set up.

Once registered, you'll gain access to tools for measuring, managing, and reporting your organisation's sustainability performance.

Partner invitation

Our partners are organisations that use TrackZero to support their supply chain with sustainability reporting and carbon management. You may be part of one of our partner's supply chain / value chain and that's why you have received an invitation.

What should you do next?

  1. Open the invitation email from TrackZero.
  2. Click the Setup my organisation button or the provided link.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your sign-up and create your account.

Once registered, you'll gain access to tools for measuring, managing, and reporting your organisation's sustainability performance.
