I have access to more than one organisation: how do I switch?
Go back to your verifier dashboard (the page you land on when you log in) and select a different organisation from the list. There's no separate switcher; each organisation is simply a row on that dashboard.
I can't verify a line item
Check whether the organisation has marked that item complete. TrackZero won't let you verify an item that's still in progress. Once it's complete, the Verify Answer button becomes available.
I signed up but don't see any organisations
Double-check you signed up using the exact email address the organisation used to invite you. Access is matched by email, so a different address (even one you also use) won't show any invitations. If you're confident you used the right address, contact the organisation that invited you to confirm the invite was sent correctly.
I can only see verification pages: where's the rest of TrackZero?
That's expected. As a verifier, your access is limited to reviewing the organisations that have invited you, so you won't see Measure, Plan, Engage, Report, or Promote.
