How can I upgrade, cancel or manage my subscription?

If you manage your own billing, you can upgrade or review your subscription directly from Settings > Billing.

Managing your subscription

1. Click the Settings (cog wheel) icon at the top right of the page.
2. Select Billing from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select View Upgrade Options to change plans, or Manage Subscription & Billing to access your invoices and payment details.

If someone else manages your billing

If someone else in your organisation manages billing, or your organisation is licensed through a partner, see How do I view my billing information? for who to contact instead.
