How do I add a compliance assessment?

Overview

Compliance assessments are used to evaluate an organisation's adherence to various compliance standards. These assessments can be accessed through the Measure section of TrackZero. They help organisations track their compliance status, identify gaps, and ensure they meet regulatory or voluntary requirements.

Not all licences include compliance assessments, so ensure your TrackZero account supports this feature.

Steps to add a compliance assessment

Compliance assessments are enabled for specific organisations based on their licence or reporting requirements. Most TrackZero users will not see compliance assessments by default.

  1. Navigate to the Measure Section:
    • Click on Measure in the top navigation bar.
    • Scroll to the Compliance Assessments section.
  2. Add a New Compliance Assessment:
    • Click the Add Entry button in the Compliance Assessments section.
    • A pop-up window titled New Compliance Assessment will appear.
  3. Select the Site and Assessment Type:
    • Use the dropdown menu to choose the site for the compliance assessment.
    • Select the relevant compliance assessment type.
  4. Confirm and Proceed:
    • Click the Next button to proceed.
    • Depending on the compliance assessment type, you may need to provide additional details or documentation.
  5. Complete the Assessment:
    • Follow the prompts to enter necessary compliance-related data.
    • Upload any required supporting documentation.
    • Save the assessment once completed.
  6. Review and Monitor Compliance Status:
    • The compliance assessment will now appear in the list under Compliance Assessments.
    • The status may be marked as Completed (Pending Review) if additional validation is required.
    • Use this section to track the progress of compliance assessments over time.

Notes

  • Compliance assessments are carried out periodically, typically on an annual basis.
  • Users with the necessary permissions can edit, delete, or review compliance assessments as needed.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your organisation remains compliant with relevant standards and can track compliance related progress effectively within TrackZero.
