How do I invite and manage my team?
To invite and manage your team in TrackZero, follow the steps below:
Accessing team settings
- Click the Settings (cog wheel) icon at the top right of the page.
- Select Team from the left-hand sidebar.
Inviting team members
- Click the Invite User button on the top-right of the Team section.
- Fill in the team member's details in the Invite User pop-up:
- First Name: Enter the user's first name.
- Last Name: Enter the user's last name.
- Email Address: Enter the user's email address. (This is required)
- Role: Choose a role from the dropdown:
- Administrator – view and manage all features and settings.
- Collaborator – view and edit Measure data for all sites, or only specific sites if you restrict them. If restricted to specific sites, they can't access Plan, Engage, Promote, or Messages, and can only work with the sites they've been given access to. You can set which sites they can View and which they can Edit individually, or leave All Sites ticked for full access.
- Delegate – view and edit only the specific questions assigned to them within an assessment. They won't have access to Measure's main pages, the Ledger, Footprint, record creation or deletion, or Messages.
- Click Save to send the invitation or Cancel to discard it.
Note: The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join the organisation.
